Importing failed. Is your import a properly formatted RemNote JSON file?

After exporting as raw JSON backup a part of my database (56MB) and attempting to import both on my computer and someone else’s I receive this message: Importing failed. Is your import a properly formatted RemNote JSON file?

I made sure the generated export was a .json file format and the archive file was .zip.

I tried this before and it worked. Any solutions please?

Just to make sure, you tried to import the whole zip file right?

If you think that there is an issue with the JSON file, you could try running it through a JSON validator to make sure that there are no syntax problems.
