Is there a way to highlight all descending rem or to skip to the bottom of descending rem?

I’m finding myself using the arrow keys on my keyboard to navigate my rems and I was wondering if there were a way to skip to the top or bottom of a rem’s descendants and also whether or not I could highlight while I do this just like in excel where you hold ctrl+shift to highlight blocks of cells.

If there isn’t a way to do this does anyone have any personal suggestions on how to navigate or edit all descendants quickly? I hate using a mouse to highlight in Remnote for some reason.

shift+down on the parent to select it and all its children. The quickest way to get to the top would be ctrl+\ to navigate to the parent. From that parent ctrl+] to get to the parent’s next sibling, which will have the bottom descendants of the previous rem right above it.
