Is there a way to save pdf non-locally?

I just realized that PDF files are not synced by RemNote when I tried to open my knowledge base on another machine, even when paying for the service.

I have no local knowledge bases.

Is there a setting to sync PDFs?
Or should I simply point the local storage location to a cloud folder?

I was having the same issue (my pdf was not synced to my other device). Accessing remote on the browser was a workaround. Another workaround I found was force syncing all files. To do that go to settings > Account > Force Sync All Files.

Hope this helps others!

Have you tried opening your RemNote in a different Browser that you have not used with RemNote before?
Wait for loading rems

Go to your PDF rem, If it can download your pdf, your pdf still sync to RemNote server

Thank you! Your test revealed that my images and PDFs are synced and there is only a bug with the Desktop app. I uploaded the stuff from one Desktop app and tried to access it from the Desktop app of another machine

Thanks for this question.

I am having the same issue i.e. PDF and pictures do not sync across different devices. In the future release can RemNotes team consider cloud sync feature enabled for the Pro users.

Kind regards,
