Issues with REM references and image handling in iOS chrome

In addition to the missing context menus (Context menus missing in iOS chrome), I’ve found the following issues too in iOS chrome (and Ecosia).

  1. The REM references show up as url text instead of hyperlink when you are active in any Rem.
  2. The image added show up as text url too when you are on the REM. This makes it impossible to resize or make occlusions
  3. The image shows up sporadically when you are not actively on the REM. But any attempt to click on it will either show the text url or open the image in a separate frame without any resizing or occlusion option.

OS - iPadOS 14.2

(As documented in my previous thread, I can only access remnote from chrome etc and not safari. Hence can’t enable a PWA.)

Sounds like you are using the mobile version of RemNote with all its limitations: click on the AA in the top left corner, then on “request desktop-website”. In my experience the desktop-website works well on iPad (besides some bugs here and there)
