Lack of information during major disturbances (Aug 7th 2021)

Hi, there have been some problems since a few hours ago with RemNote: images won’t upload in the browser; the desktop app couldn’t download some images. The browser version was temporarily off for a while (image), then it worked again but with the same image errors. It also took a few tries to get into my account on the macOS-app due to ‘Server Error’.

With all this, I think it would be appropriate for the team to inform users whether or not it is safe for those concerned with data loss to continue using RemNote for the moment – is it? Also, I cannot find information of the status of your services – it seemed to work fine for a while, but then the same errors occurred again… It’s a bit irritating to be disrupted like this. It would be good if we could be informed when the service has been stable for a while.

P.S. This aside, thank you for a remarkable note-taking tool.
