Larger create image occlusion cards for large images

I’m trying to make occlusion cards for my anatomy class using different atlases for the bones. However it’s difficult to make the cards as the box where the image is loaded is smaller than preview image

I have the same problem in the previous version that did not happen, now the image is too small to be able to study it or even make clozes
