Yeah, I have exactly the same problem!
I use two computers: one portable laptop at uni and a bigger tower-PC at home, so I frequently switch between these two devices when using RemNote. The problem is that sometimes (not always) after I upload an image using the laptop, I then can’t view it on the tower-PC and get that same error message.
