I lost some of my documents and hudreds of flashcards after updating the mobile version of remnote. Couldn’t log in or access my documents, i had to create my account again and after logging in there was only some of the older documents, not ones i was working with. Currently panicking, i have university exams coming in two weeks and those documents were only notes i have been taking.
Do you have any ideas how i could retrieve those or has this happened to you?
