The current latex support in RemNote is already very good, but I would like to suggest two improvements that make it even faster:

  1. Latex auto suggest, like when typing “\eps”, I hope to get “\epsilon” as autosuggest result. Is it possible? Is it very hard to implement?
  2. Allowing users to directly select the rendered latex symbols, copy them, paste them elsewhere and modify directly the symbols (but not the underlying latex). In other words, an environment similar to that of lyx.

If this is possible, I think many people will migrate to RemNote just because of the awesome latex support.

Using your own text expansion software would make more sense. Autocomplete is extremely annoying to anyone who doesn’t want that completion.
