Making a flashcard from copy and pasted document

So I have flash cards that I have made from a word document that I want to move over rem but I don’t understand is there a short cut command to turn my indents into children?

For example, When I copy and paste the question with the answers, it looks like this:

MY QUESTION IS: how do you turn all the indents into children without having to manually type all of them out??

Select everything under the question and turn into multi-line or list card items from the bottom toolbar’s bullet styles.

Then fold everything by focusing the parent and ctrl+up arrow, unfold one level with ctrl+down arrow, select children and ctrl+/ to disable practice on “extra” multilines.
