From 3:30 EST to 6:40pm EST, RemNote experienced dramatically degraded syncing. The underlying issue has now been resolved.
Really sorry for the inconvenience, everyone! The issue arose from a double-punch of a large active-user spike and degraded performance from our underlying hosting provider. We’ve significantly upgraded our syncing infrastructure to ensure that similar events don’t re-occur in the future.
