Message support is inaccessible

I had this problem with TestFlight and I was asked to contact message support from ? Button in remnote.
When clicked that message support option within Remnote, a window briefly appeared and disappeared. After that it doesn’t appear at all, when clicked. I tried opening remnote afresh in a new tab or by saving to Home Screen. No avail.
I use remnote in my iPad.
