Microsoft or MS Word Import Copy/Paste

Hi,

I am a new user of RemNote. I just tried to “Command+V” my MS Word text into RemNote but it was pasted as an image instead of notes/rem (I use a MacBook btw).

Then, when I used the shortcut “Shift+Command+V”, it then Pasted my MS Word texts as notes/rem. I simply want to share this for anyone who has a similar issue.

Any clue why this works in safari but not the desktop app?

Actually, I was using it on Google Chrome. Regarding of your question, I have no idea
