How to sync images? I already got rid of my old computer. Images in cloud seem to come up, but not on my app. HELP
By cloud are you referring to the sync KB & not a 3rd party cloud service? If you are referring to the sync KB do you mean you can only access via the web but not the desktop app itself for the sync KB?
When you are referring to the app are you meaning both the local & sync desktop apps cannot access the images? Or when you got rid of your computer are you meaning you lost access to all of your images that were part of your local only desktop app?
If you could clarify some of these points/ situation it would be easier to help as these situations deal with images differently
