New daily backups are not being created

When I go to Settings → Account → Download Daily Backups

The last daily backup I can see is September 23rd, Which is right when I updated to the beta app

I request you to make this issue high priority, because my main synced server is being used with the beta right now, and any data loss would be quite devastating.

For now, you should back up KB daily until Daily Backup works again…

How do I backup the whole knowledgebase? The export function works at the level of documents, as far as I can tell. Do you mean I should back up each top level document individually?

You can try Full Raw Backup option, It will backup the whole KBs for you…
