Very specific but I’d like to be able to delete my last score that I gave a card in retrospect. A situation where I would have liked that feature happened just now. I wrote a bug report with a screenshot of the queue attached to it. A few hours later I went back to that report and when I saw the screenshot I realised that I gave the card a wrong rating. Now I will end up seeing that card in 1.8 months instead of 16 days 
Not that big of a deal but would be nice to have a way to correct the score. Also this could be integrated with the option to reset a flashcard maybe by being able to choose if all your review history should be deleted or only your last score.
