In 1.4, the pdf anchor can not go to the right location unless the pdf is already opened.
Here is the detail:
When I click an anchor in my note, the correct pdf opens in a second window panel displaying a wrong location in the pdf. If I click the anchor in my note again, it goes to the right location. Any other anchor pointing to this pdf works properly. But if I click an anchor in another pdf, the first click always resulting a wrong location in the pdf.
