Right now, the PDF Annotator detects the outline of the PDF but there is no way to click on any of those outlines and navigate to that section. Also, if the outline is longer than one page height the outline window doesn’t scroll.
Yes, this. And it’s weird that this functionality is already existent if you copy and paste the anchor to another document, but it doesn’t work within the outline.
