If the PDF annotation and referencing feature in RemNote were to be polished and made actually usable, it could easily replace full apps like MarginNote or LiquidText.
But in it’s current state, it’s practically unusable, here is why:
- You can’t navigate a large file through it’s outline, you have to use page numbers which is very unnatural
- Highlighting in general is very clunky
- There needs to be a way for us to create Mind-Maps, that would be very fitting for an app that is advertised as your second mind!
- I can’t scroll by clicking the middle mouse button and moving the cursor up and down, that makes scrolling impossible for me, as my mouse scroll wheel doesn’t work, most apps have workaround for that exact situation.
