To make a rectangular highlight in a PDF on the RemNote desktop app I hold control and drag.
On android without a keyboard I am unable to hold control. How can I create a rectangle highlight? Or is it not possible?
I do not believe it is possible as of yet
If you are lucky to have a pdf that has actual text & images I will highlight the text closest to it & then when on the PC will add the proper image
If your pdf is scanned without ocr then out of luck as it is
Would love this ability as I use Android to read pdf all the time
Thanks for your input, I’ll think about what kind of note taking workflow would be most useful to keep track of highlights I need to make at a later time for this situation.
Of course if you are able to use ocr on your pdf before adding to RemNote you can just use the highlight feature
