I am unable to access remnote pro feature even when my account is already a pro account. Screen attached.
Hey @ravi.pawar, it’s really unfortunate that your account is facing the issue. I believe this is already being handled by our support team and has already been escalated to Martin. Unfortunately he’s the only one who can solve this ticket and we are doing the best we can to expedite the process.
I will be closing this topic as this is not a bug, but an account specific issue. Please be rest assured that we aware of this problem and doing our best to resolve it asap.
