Problems with Access to Database on Desktop App

Hello…
is there anybody else who also can not login into is Desktop App? Yesterday the App crashed, which happens 2-3 times a day since update, but this time i was logged out and i cant log in anymore. And because of the syncing problems the last days, the web app is like 7 days without a sync, so there is a lot of data missing.
Also the daily backups do have a problem, because since the update there was no real backup happening. But i found a new folder with “backups” in there, but not as a “.zip” data but as a “.db” data, which i can not restore anything of my work in the web app…

I hope anybody could help me (haver a lot of exams coming up in the near future!), at least with a little work around, how to restore my data out of these strange “.db” datas.
