Is it possible to have a Queue option that allows me to differentiate between several groups of documents? E. g. I want the Queue to only manage the cards for the 3 documents I have on Civil Law but not the ones on Criminal Law. At the moment I seem to have to go through every single document and pick/unpick the specific content within these documents.

You could create a document with portals to your Civil Law docs and do a document queue. (bottom of this tutorial). Probably best to close this feature request since it’s more of a Community Q and A.
But will it also be managed with spaced repetition?
Yup. Every rem keeps its own counter you can check with /data. You can override it to practice more, but it is always recorded.
