Anki has this, and I used it all the time when making pronunciation recordings for language learning (also recording/picture vocabulary cards for younger children who can’t read yet).
It would also be helpful to make my son’s spelling cards (top of the card as a voice recording of a word, back of the card showing the spelling).
Making recordings elsewhere then importing is enough extra work to disincentivize these uses.
