Firstly, happy new year. I hope that you, your family and loved ones are all well and have had a great festive season.
This problem seems to be quite random. Over the Xmas period, for no reason I could detect, the clipper started working. However, this morning, after having been working for a couple of hours, just stopped!
I have written to Gabriela (gabriela@remnote.intercom-mail.com) making the point that there is a problem. I do not know if this will be fixed or when but I would imagine the more people that report it the more likely is some action will take place.
I am sure I am just like others and find the clipper indispensable. Remnote is a great academic tool and coupled with the clipper it is fantastic. So, I will keep my fingers crossed that the problem is resolved.

I was prompted to login by the RemNote clipper extension, but I get an unending spinner. For some mysterious reasons, I can’t use the clipper anymore.
Please let me know if you are still experiencing it.
