Remnote hanging/freezing!

I have observed two situations where Remnote is constantly freezing up for me.

  1. When I put a double hash to input a tag ##, (a search bar pops up) the moment I start typing after the ## it hangs.
  2. When I put a forward slash / to insert a rem, (a search bar pops up) and again the moment I type it hangs.

Both situations end with my browser saying “Page unresponsive” and I have to exit the pages.

Error code: RESULT_CODE_HUNG is what the browser says.

I have so far tried it on Chrome and edge.

Thanks for the report - are you still experiencing this issue after the latest update?

Nope! Remains unresolved. The only thing is to delete all rems it seems. Which defeats the purpose :sweat_smile:

Did you get this resolved. RemNote is hanging up on me too.

Yeah, that’s what I did. Exported. Delete all. Re-import. Now working. I hope and pray it doesn’t happen again.

Same issue here, but unfortunately I don’t get any response by the company, another problem that I had today was that all may queue cards have reset, I am a pro life learner, I am very disappointed.

The issue of freezing when using hashtags still persists on windows app. Have to close and reopen. Would be great to look into this further
