Hi everyone. I’m having trouble updating remnote. A pop up message on the top right says “RemNote has updated, and you can’t sync until you refresh.”, and on the side toolbar, there is a button to “reload and update”. When I click on it, it keeps loading and nothing happens. I read that this was an issue on MacBooks. I’m currently using remote Version 1.4.10. Any help is greatly appreciated.
The latest version is 1.5.3. The update is automatically.
First, you can try to refresh directly with Ctrl + R. (or Ctrl + Shift + R)
If it still doesn’t work, to make sure the update is happening, open RemNote App for about 30 minutes and don’t turn it off. Then you can try to refresh several times.
(This is my experience when updating my brother from v1.3 to v.1.5 after not using RemNote App for a long time)
If your database is not big. You may switch to using RemNote in a web browser for a while (https://www.remnote.com/) to wait the update of RN App.
