Restore does not restore data

Ciao all,

I have an urgent issue with my RemNote space kvakimkin@gmail.com
I want to restore data (why it’s a diff topic, will report later once I get my data back) and it doesn’t work?
I downloaded backup from 23 of Sep and import it so it still contains Undeleted Rems from 24.09 and other unwanted stuff, could you please help me?

Same issue for i can not found the deleted rems…

guys, any reaction? looks quite critical for me and for users who can lost data without backup
