Server error when trying to change log in password

Forgot the login password for my RemNote account. Clicked the “forgot password” option, and got a link for changing the password sent to my email. But when entering a new password I get a message saying “server error,” so I am no longer able to log in to my account!

Has anyone else experienced the same problem? Suggestions for a soultion would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

This seems to be a discrete issue, not a bug. Kindly submit a support token to support@remnote.io, if you are still facing similar issues. Closing the topic for now.
