Spaced reading and writing?

I’ve stumbled upon two articles that seem interesting:

  1. Spaced Reading. TLDR; Instead of reading paper in one sitting, then forgetting, you basically estimate parts of the paper that are of interest, than deep dive in thoses bits, in a space repeated way. There is an entire software dedicated to just that. For benefits of this, please read the article.
  2. Spaced Writing ; TDLR; same but writing instead of reading. (NOTE: this requires another algorithm for the repetitions, to make them closer and closer)

Two questions :
A. Has anyone used one of these techniques and can provide feedback?
B. I feel there is a way to implement this in remnote. Any ideas on how to hack the spaced repetition (that I never use) to achieve 1 or 2?

Thanks

And look up discussion on discord of a writing inbox (after Matuschak, dive into his Evergreens to look up the rationale), basically slap a period at the end of a rem and cloze it to add it to the queue.

We share the same needs.
