Split-pane view: small visual bug + request (Desktop/Windows)

Bug: When on split-pane view, the “Add a Portal” search bar is present on both panels (not just the active one).

Also, sometimes (this seems to come and go) the text in the one on the left panel overflows (see image).

Request: A “Swap panels” button (to swap left panel with right panel)

Seems pretty intentional to me since that box will insert a portal into the appropriate pane if you type in that pane’s box.

Seems a bit confusing, especially since

  1. All the other icons/functionalities (that appear in the bottom) only show in the active panel
  2. The location where the Portal is added (if you are in Panel B and choose to add a Portal to Panel A) is not so clear to the user. It is always added to the last location of the cursor, which is not visible in Panel A when you are in Panel B.

Not a big deal though!
