Strange FlashCards being created

Hi, the pic below shows a flashcard. I am not sure however, why this got created. The question :: answer is clearly shown in the pic, for some reason remnote thinks there is a question before the words “the installed product…”. The second pic below shows what I see when I edit. I’d like to disable this flashcard from appearing as it is not actually a flashcard. Any clues appreciated? thanks

Hiya, this is actually a backward flashcard generated by the rem. You can toggle this particular card off by:

• Focusing on it in the editor > Selecting ‘Cards’ from the bottom toolbar > Forward Only
  You might see that this has been set to Forward & Backward or Backward Only.
• Disabling it when it appears in the queue by clicking this button →
