Struggling with Remnote Clipper

Hi,
In some pages, I am struggling to select a specified text. It ends up selecting muliple more paragraphs and the adverts/frames on the sides too.
For example, in this page I am able to add notes in the initial paragraphs. But when I scroll further down where there are multiple frames, I am struggling to get the tool to select specific content.

Hardware: Windows Desktop
OS : Windows 10
Browser : Chrome (version 86)

If RemNote is in beta, the Clipper is in alpha. And at a pretty low priority, I would assume.
