Is there a keyboard shortcut for syncing in the desktop-webapp?
Currently I try to close the app and click on cancel in the dialog to sync.

You can also try to refresh instead of trying to close.
We should definitely have a button and a hotkey for syncing. Pressing reload is a little troublesome, because sometimes when it was synced and I press Ctrl + R, I end up reloading the page! That wastes some time, just to check if I’m synced so that I won’t lose my data if I get a power failure, sometimes wastes a little time.
*But then, you also don’t want people to abuse the sync button like people refresh their desktops. 
I expect a literal sync button has to be a part of the offline desktop app. So it’s a waiting game for the moment. I’ve moved this to feature requests just the same.

It’s very unconvenient to sync data through Seetings-Subscription. It’s so important for me to sync with a shotcut! Please add one!
