Title bar does not show the proper rem

On desktop app on Windows 10, the title bar does not show the currently opened rem, e.g. here I see:

But in fact, I have opened a completely different Rem.

This happens quite often.

The title bar is auto changed with the name of rem which is zoomed in…

Unfortunately, that does not seem to be the case. It seems to be quite buggy.

I have the same problem in Windows 10 and Google Chrome, also the emoji it´s not center, appear cut too.
