Trying to gather learning objectives into one document

Hey,
first this is a very helpful community and I appreciate that. I have a lot of documents. I will try to explain my problem. For example I have a document for histology, and one for physiology, and each of these have their learning objectives. And under histology there are the different types of tissue, each with their learning objectives. So I tried making a document that is called learning objectives where I want to gather all the learning objectives from different documents into one. But the problem is here: It takes with it everything in that document.

so it looks like a huge mess. How do I select that only the part with learning objectives (the ones with the checkboxes) is the one that is put in the learning objectives document?

Hm, if I was in your situation, I would try tagging each learning target heading. For example…

That looks like what I am looking after. How do you tag ?

By pressing ## on your keyboard. Also, once you tag all your learning targets, click on #(fill in) on the right side of any learning targets you tagged to get the same page as I did. To use my example, I would click image to get there. Hope that helps!

Many thanks! That was helpful.
