Unable to type?

Hello all,

I am a new remote user and loving it. However, I seem to be unable to type inside any documents at the moment. I used it just fine a few hours ago in lecture without a problem, so not sure what has happened.

Anyone else have this sort of difficulty and found a solution?

Reload the page and hopefully that should fix the issue

I tried this, as well as restarting my ipad, and trying in different browsers.

Sorry to hear that you’re having problems - is this Safari on iPad?

I have the same kind of an issue. I am using safari on MacOS

i just switched to firefox and it works just fine

I am having the same problem. I am using Safari, iPad and a trackpad. If I request the mobile site I can use my finger to place the cursor but I cannot do it with the trackpad

I’m having this same problem too :frowning: using chrome in the meantime but please would like this sorted as my default is safari! Reloading the page has no effect

Very weird, hopefully this bug will be fixed relatively quickly, installed chrome which seems to be working, but typically I use this as a web progressive app and its not doing anything there either.

We’re so sorry for the issues everyone is having! We’re working to get this resolved. Try deleting your browser history or clearing data cache for RemNote, then reloading remnote in a new tab. There may be some interference with the new update.
