I’ve encountered that when the keyboard is set to a language other than English, even the usual shortcuts like ctrl+C will not work. I will need to change the Language to English, click the shortcut combination and then reset the language of my keyboard.
This makes all the shortcut use more cumbersome.

which keyboard layout are you using? CTRL+C is pretty universal, I think…
