Very slow load times on both desktop and web

Since upgrading to Pro for the PDF annotations features, I’ve found that the load times are so slow that I can’t really use them in real time (e.g., while reviewing lecture recordings, etc) - any others facing lagging load times? I Any solutions? I should note that the PDFs themselves aren’t too large.

Thanks for the report.

  1. Is it the PDF itself that’s slow to load, or the annotations on it?
  2. Is this in the browser or on desktop? They should load directly from your disk on the Desktop App.
