What are the cards in my queue that show multiple Rem?

When viewing in queue, the rems are all expanded unlike previously when only headers were visible.

I actually have the same problem while I am going through in the Queue. Some queue cards appear normal, some appear like this with the expanded header:

What could be the issue here?

This is a “Document Card”, that shows you flashcards in the context of the document in which they were initially added.

You can disable this experimental feature by going to “Settings” > “Experimental”, and unchecking “Document Cards”.
