Remnote is immensely versatile, which is fantastic. Sometimes, however, I have the feeling that some of my writing is out of touch, lost somewhere in my knowledge base. What I’m trying to improve is how to efficiently recall what I wrote when it’s necessary.
What’s your solution to (1) take advantage of the versatility of bidirectional link, while (2) make sure it will come up (/back) when needed?
I’ll start:
I have a Top Rem called Topic, in which I dump every new topic I write about. After a work session, I try to come up with a structure inside this rem to create a hierarchy of all newly created topics.
With this, I have the feeling of clinging on the past, hierarchical knowledge, as I have one unique entry point to my whole knowledge base… but at least I know how to access stuff
