When inserting LaTex from selected text, a "$" is inserted at the end of the code in the LaTeX box

Only in Beta 1.3.17 version, when inserting LaTex from selected text by typing “$”, a “$” character is inserted at the end of the code in the LaTeX box. The code gets red, indicating an error, and the mouse cursor must be positioned at the end of the code and this abnormal character deleted, in order to solve the issue.
