Where is the list of updates in the latest versions? I see in my Desktop app a "Reload and Update" notice - but I am running 1.4 already

Is there a new(er) update? I see in my Desktop app a “Reload and Update” notice - but I am running 1.4.7 already. Where can I find info about 1.4.10?

Then open the help menu sidebar and update blog. If it’s not there, it’s too small an update to provide a changelog for.
