Why are some Rem Concepts even if they aren’t flashcards?

There is some RemNote behavior that I don’t understand that your script has brought to light. After turning it on, I am noticing a bunch of rem around my knowledgebase that are marked as concepts even though they have no cards associated with them. Here is an example:

Can you tell my why the concept icon appears here? It isn’t a problem (and I can delete them easily enough), but it puzzles me. Does your script add the tag #Unnamed? I modified it a little, but it was only to change some colors.

One possibility is this setting:

There might be other features that may create them as well and from time to time some glitches as well. Currently for example typing a questionmark followed by more text.

In general I would not be too strict with having them as Concepts even it they have no back side since have other special properties, e.g. they show up in the graph view as yellow nodes (while plain rem don’t) or can be targeted with the concept-only search. Just make sure that they actually are what you would call a real world concept.
