Why do we need to have an option to move/drag folders on phone?

Why do we need to have an option to move/drag folders on phone? It’s really messy and it always just messes up my organization and it’s really annoying.

We don’t have an option to type text on the phone so I think that drag/move folders option is useless. Since nobody is gonna write notes on the phone, there should be at least an option to turn it off…

it just makes the app on the phone seem clunky and annoying to use.

I also think we can add a read only button. Many note taking software have a read only button, which will not prevent us from switching editing mode when there is editing demand.
