Will it basically be just like the mobile browser version or much more optimised for mobile? I’m asking this because I’d like to give some feedback but if the app will be different, then there’s no point to that.
The Android version is missing most of the features & cannot do much as it is very bare bones. More of an outliner with some extra features. There are a few keys placed in different places to make more mobile friendly. ATM they have not really focused much on mobile yet though I believe that is one of their roadmap items for the yr.
I imagine IOS will be similar
I think the intention is to be pretty close to having the same features where it makes sense
Personally I would offer the feedback. The more ideas given the more options they have
I create a homescreen button on IOS for REM. Its an option when you bookmark the webpage. It then opens from the button like an app straight to the page. Functionality is limited to just adding text no REM smart keys as far as I can see so far. A real plus though is if I enter text on the mobile browser from my phone I can see it appear on the browser version on my laptop within a few seconds. My interest here is to see how robust the system is for syncing. I assume you have to work in one place at one time.
