Working across multiple devices

HI

I’m working on a Win 10 desktop at home and then a HP Envy laptop at work. The remnote app synchronizes ok, but I’m running into a problem with the pdf’s.

I add the PDF’s to my rem documents from the desktop and want to be able to still acess them when working from the laptop. It carries across the highlights and text changes in the rem, but the full pdf just stays stuck on the loading icon.

Is the full pdf stored locally only?

Any advise greatly appreciated.

UPDATE:

The pdf’s are viewable from the website login, across all devices. They dont seem to cross devices from within the app

I’m running into the same problem. Is it that the pdf when you upload in the desktop version is saved locally so it can’t be synced across all devices but the pdf that you upload on the web interface is save on RemNote’s server and can be access across all devices?

If it’s the case then it’s quite weird since I now after upload it on the web I can’t view it on my Windows desktop app.
