When I add a plain concept flashcard, it always toggles the flashcard to queue it “forward and backward”. But I always want my flashcard to be “forward” only. Now this is very bothersome for me because each time I add a new concept, I have to manually change it to forward only. Is there a way to make every flashcard by default “forward” only? If not, I’d like to request this as a feature in the settings.
I’d like to second this request. An option to set the default behaviour would be wonderful.

Agreed. This should be default, I mean, who wants all their cards to be backwards OR Forwards?

Agreed still, especially after the new update. Let us default to forward, both, or backward cards instead of having to change every single one, one by one.
If fact, the new update allows you to frictionlessly use delimiters to make forward only cards: use >> for forward only basic cards or :> for concepts (descriptors are forward only by default).
