RemNote Clipper loging issue

Any ideas as to why the RemNote clipper add-on (Chrome) says to login (which I already logged into my RemNote Account and have the desktop app open) BUT when I click the login link in the extension I just get the browser spinner???

The RemNote Clipper communicates with the Web App. Are you logged into remnote.com as well? :slightly_smiling_face:

I am logged in - strange thing is that if I try to go to remnote.com (via your provided link or just through the browser) I get the spinner?

The only way I was able to access remnote in the browser was via the Forum link in ? popup at bottom right of RemNote desktop app in have on my iMac (running Catalina).

Thanks for you prompt reply - any further advice appreciated Gabriea.

Hi Kim and Gabriela,

I too am having what appears to be the same problem with the same symptoms as you are. The only slight difference is that I have not managed to find any link where I do not experience the blue spinner.

I am really interested in using the clipper as it may well be able to unify my study efforts. I am currently using an amalgam of applications to handle what are only slightly different tasks/scenarios.

So, if this can be resolved I suspect it will be a big win for me.

Anyway, I trust that you and your families are all well and keeping safe. I would like to wish you a wonderful festive season and here’s to a happy (happier??) new year.

All the best,

Puffin

Hi Puffin,
Yeah its frustrating - hope its resolved soon - have you contacted RemNote support?

Please do as the more who report the faster they will find a remedy.
They responded promptly and seemed to be keen to resolve it.

Here is a link to RemNote support that I contacted: gabriela@remnote.intercom-mail.com

You and your family have a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Regards,
KIm
