Sync has stopped working

All I’m getting in the console now is:

This is across all platforms - chromebook, android web, edge on windows.

Not sure if the issues are related or not. Originally I thought they were connected but seems to be diverging now. I have included link & moderators can merge if they think that is the right move

The point where the thread begins to diverge where the topics seem to be related are at this point on

I can access web or desktop sync now
From the desktop sync KB I still have the infinite loading issue in the document table so viewing info that way is not an option. I can do a search though or access via the sidebar sections
When I go to the web app there is no such issue from the document table perspective

On the desktop sync KB I can force sync & it turns green saying it was synced. However, from the sidebar it says the last sync was a day ago. If I attempt to close the desktop app it says still closing & the app will not close.

When I go to the web app any updates I have made from the desktop app does not show up in the web app

There has also been a GitHub issue submitted on the matter if anyone has anything to add there

Hey everyone, the sync issue should’ve been solved yesterday. Can you all verify this please?

@Badjer to clarify, the issues of the sidebar showing the infinite loading might still be prevalent for the android and desktop apps. This is due to the new update related issues, but that shouldn’t be preventing you from accessing the KB, and there will not be any data loss either.

Yes, it seems to be for the Android & Desktop apps

No sync issue has not been resolved
Still cannot sync
Still cannot access local KBs or close the desktop app

Syncing seems to be working now on the web app on both my windows machine and Chromebook. However on the Chromebook the sidebar says “Last synced 16 hours ago” even though it is showing an entry I made on the windows machine a few minutes ago so it must have synced more recently that that.

Mine says 2 days ago

However in my case I actually can’t see anything added from other devices

@Badjer the sync issue has been resolved from our side. Looks to me like you are having an account specific issue. Ping me on discord and we could probably hop on a call to figure this out.
